All five symbols below must be present with a traceable Tier-1 value for an object to be ELIGIBLE for the full Coulomb Shearing evaluation. Missing any one symbol produces a DATA-INSUFFICIENT outcome.
Every input value is shown with its published value and units, the SI-converted value used in computation, the full conversion chain, uncertainty bounds, and the complete provenance record per Appendix C of Deadman (2026). Sources are shown in tier order; the source selected for the envelope computation is marked.
